We are what we constantly think about. Our thoughts then become our words, and then our actions, and finally our very being. Yes our thoughts truly create who we are.
Proverbs 23:7
For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.
Are you in a negative thinking cycle, producing negative words and negative actions? It can be a tricky cycle to be trapped it.
How do you BREAK FREE?
- MAKE A CONSCIOUS DECISION! Make the decision NOW! Take the anti-complain challenge. Start one day at a time, challenge yourself and others to go without gripping, complaining, gossiping, and being negative. Journal about your experiences. Was it harder than you thought or did it come naturally? Challenge others to do the same. What would the world be like if everyone took this challenge.
- Live in the moment. Stop regretting the past or worrying about the future. Now is the only time you will ever have. Make the best of this moment today!! Choose to love and be grateful for this moment.
- Completely surrender Negativity (and all areas) to God.

Focus you mind on all things GOOD! Radiate love and Passion for life!
